At the 14th Annual Bellaire Volleyball Middle School Tournament, thirty-two school teams met at Spike Sport’s Volleyball Complex to compete for a championship in Houston’s largest middle-school volleyball tournament. In the Open Division, St. Anthony of Padua won the Gold Bracket in a close match against St. Vincent de Paul. In the Open Division’s Silver Bracket, River Oaks Baptist School’s White team overcame St. John’s School’s A team in two sets. In the Premier Division, Saint Thomas’ Episcopal School earned the Gold Bracket championship with a win over St. Laurence Catholic, while the Silver Bracket went to Second Baptist with a win over The Emery/Weiner School’s White team.
