A Howl-o-ween Doggie Contest sponsored by the Tanglewood Garden Club was a dog-gone crazy scene. In charge of the woof-a-thon were co-chairs Linda Hollar and Randi Casada. Three judges from the Houston Fire Department across the street from Tanglewood Park chose the pups with the best costumes. Kay Theede’s Yorkie, adorned as a dog devil in red, won Best in Show for small breeds. Kathy Kennedy’s performance as announcer kept the show jumping as the bystanders applauded the dog models and their owners. Bow wow!
