‘Tis the season

The Houston Fire Department hosted a toy drive called The Great Toy Giveaway at Fire Station 37 on Stella Link Road. Fire Chief Terry Garrison and volunteer students from Pershing Middle School collected toys from residents. Participants were treated to a hot cup of coffee and breakfast tacos from Los Cucos. The donations were then dropped off at the New Light Christian Center in northeast Houston, in time for Christmas Day.
