She traded a half-acre for walkability. Kitty Strain moved inside the Loop to the River Oaks Shopping Center area after she sold her home in Bunker Hill and enjoyed a temporary stint in CityCentre.  She has found old and new friends nearby. The ability to walk and run to nearby dining and shops appeals to her inner drive. Although Memorial Park is close, she says her new trail takes her down Buffalo Bayou to the Aquarium.
