Honey, age 8

My name is Honey. My fur is blonde, but it turns darker when I swim. I have a brother named Marley who’s a 3-year-old Spaniel. I love playing monkey-in-the-middle with the kids in my family and their neighbors. We have a trampoline in the backyard that I sometimes try to climb up, but so far I’ve been unsuccessful. My family is sweet; they always leave treats out for me and take me on walks. Every year on my birthday, they make me a peanut butter cake. It’s my favorite food, but I don’t get to have it often. Even though I’m getting older, I have a ton of energy, except sometimes I get annoyed when the kids on the street sit on me. After a busy day, I love to curl up in my doggy bed and relax.
