My name is Jake Bon Jovi. I am named after my dad. My mom was a show dog named Ruth. My human mom drove five hours to get me and five hours home to introduce me to my human papa. We live in a loving home where I am now the master of the house. I have learned to sit and come – only when I want to, though! I love to play ball every chance I get. When walking in the neighborhood, I meet many friendly dogs and their parents. If you see me, I sit and wait for you to approach me. I have been told that I am “precious.” People say I look like a dust mop because of my grooming cut. Mom will trim me for the summer because I bring leaves and everything else in the house in my “feathers.” I do everything with my human parents. They read all the books to be good dog parents. Little do they know, I love them just the way they are!
