A perfect 10
Annunciation Orthodox School student Natalie Sheffey, 8, competed at the South Texas state gymnastics meet in Galveston. She scored a perfect 10 in the Level 7 double-mini trampoline event, and she is the reigning Level 6 Junior Olympic National Champion on double-mini trampoline. Natalie earned qualifying scores in three events to compete at the upcoming Junior Olympic National Championships, which will be held in Fort Worth in July. This is Natalie’s fifth competitive season of trampoline and tumbling with Gymnast Factory. Her younger brothers, Joshua, 7, and Zachary, 4, compete at Gymnast Factory as well. In addition to gymnastics, Natalie also enjoys soccer, tennis and dance.
