It was an exciting day for Horn Academy students as Houston Texans players came to the campus for their pep rally and congratulated the students who participated in the Houston Texans Kids Triathlon. Horn had the fifth largest team, with over 90 students on its Tri Team. Almost 3,000 children in total competed in the event held at the University of Houston, and the Horn team was rewarded with the pep rally for having one of the largest teams. Everyone got to meet former Texans player J.J. Moses, Houston Texans cheerleaders and Texans tight end Ryan Griffin.
