YAD (The Jerome Robinson Family Young Adult Division) and Get Cultured of the Evelyn Rubenstein JCC hosted a night of stand-up comedy for young adults, featuring Los Angeles-based comedians Ester Steinberg and Matthew Broussard, at Lucky’s Pub downtown. Matthew (pictured, fourth from left, with host committee) is a Rice graduate and was voted Houston’s Funniest Person in 2012. He’s performed on Comedy Central and NBC and has a show on MTV2, Not Exactly News, and is also on MTV2’s Guy Code.
