Crystals, beads and feathers adorned the festivities at Joy’s Annual Witches Hat Party, whisked in for the sixth year with Joy Criswell as the headwear queen. Gal pals were advised to arrive on their brooms at the Palm Restaurant for lunch and vie for treats. Casting a good spell were Thea Marino, Jennifer Randle, Connie Dowlen, Louise Birnberg, Rosa Caffarena, Nellie Colson, Mary Jane Zummo, Cweci DeLaTorre and Charo McGinley.
