A delayed honeymoon for Andrew (Drew) and Jennifer (Richards) Rossi was worth the wait. The 27-day trip to New Zealand and Fiji included heli-hiking and ice climbing on Fox Glacier, a visit to the Hobbiton movie set, rappelling into a glowworm cave and paddle boarding at Likuliku Resort in Fiji. During a self-guided spelunking adventure, Jennifer said, they had a Twilight Zone moment when they found themselves at a cave pool that was too deep to cross. They retraced their steps as their lights dimmed. The exit, as it turned out, was not at the same place as the entrance. A true escapade.
