Love is in the air

The Chinese New Year will always be memorable for Liebe Ostrow Miller, with red and gold ribbons swirling in the air, along with cheery wishes of “Kung hei fat choy!” Dr. Neal Reisman knelt on one knee at the Vis-a-vis Riverfront Restaurant in Bangkok, Thailand, and proposed to his beloved lady. Laughter and multiple toasts followed on a romantic sunset dinner cruise down the bustling Chao Phraya River. Neal completed his surprise the next day, which, by the way, was Liebe’s birthday, with an engagement ring. Needless to say, Liebe said, “Yes!” The journey was a three-week trip that continued to Vietnam and Cambodia.
