Horn Elementary held its own Olympics and parade to celebrate the summer Olympics in Brazil. Each class represented a different country and decorated flags and, often themselves, with symbols from their country. Third grader Maryn Ogunlaja represented Japan during the ceremony while her sister, Blair, a first grader, represented the United States.
