Bellaire Girl Scout Troop #147122 recently visited the Bellaire Police Department to say thank you in honor of National Thank You Day to Honor First Responders. The girls were greeted by Sergeant Anthony Hefferin and brought cookies as appreciation to him and his fellow officers who put lives on the line to protect the community. 

The entire troop, all rising first graders at Horn Elementary School, worked together to help decorate the cookies.
