Scarlett, age 11 months

I was on my way to the shelter when this family said “no way” to my previous family. So I went to live with them in this great neighborhood in Bellaire. My family has lived here since the early 1920s. My favorite things are watching doves fly in and out of the large oak tree in my yard. I take walks on the bike and walking trail and meet up with lots of friendly folks, their kiddos and their fur babies. Riding around in the Suburban, sometimes I get to look out the window when my family drives slowly down a street. My tail really gets to wagging when we head into the city. Did you know there is a chicken sandwich drive-thru and a bank in Bellaire that has doggy snacks? Even my vet at Bellaire Richmond Pet Hospital passes out treats to us canines.
