A Sweet Sale: Brownie Troop Fundraises for Food Allergy Research

This spring, Brownie Troop #125096 held multiple lemonade stands all over town to benefit food allergy research at Texas Children’s Hospital. The girls, all rising third graders at The Kinkaid School, voted to pool their proceeds for this special cause because many of them have friends who live with serious food allergies, including some troop members. This cause is close to their hearts. 

The troop raised more than $700 from their lemonade stands, and matched the money raised from the troop portion of their cookie sales money.
