A clever idea
Justin Clark is a big Pokémon Go fan. He used a Pokéball and a Poké-rhyme on a big sign and held it up to ask Katie Neighbors to attend his St. Pius homecoming dance. Justin met Katie at Pine Cove Christian camp in the summer of 2015. They reconnected at camp again this summer. Although they live in different cities (Katie in Austin, Justin in Houston), they are able to stay connected through their phones. They both play Pokemon Go. Katie is on Team Valor and Justin is on the Team Mystic. The rhyme on the sign said, “Valors are red, Mystics are blue, I couldn’t imagine homecoming without you.”
