Millie, age 4

Hi! My name is Millie. I am a 4-year-old Standard Parti Poodle. I don’t have a poodle haircut, so people usually think I’m a Doodle. My favorite days start with lizard hunting in my backyard. I run from potted plant to potted plant searching, but somehow those sneaky lizards always get away! Sometimes, when I’m not paying attention, I tumble into my pool. When I’m not napping, I stand guard at my front door. I gaze out through the glass eagerly waiting for any creature to pass by. At first sight of an intruder, I immediately bark to alert everyone! What I love the most is hanging out with my humans. When they leave me, I like to sneak up onto their couch for a long nap, but when they return I always greet them with a gift of one of my favorite toys and a wagging tail.
