The FamilyPoint Resources Speed track and field team

The FamilyPoint Resources (FPR) Speed track and field team (pictured) competed at the 2016 AAU National Junior Olympics. The event is the largest multi-sport event for youth in the United States, and this year the 50th anniversary event was held in Houston with a record-breaking 14,000-plus athletes.  The FPR Speed team had impressive national track and field results: Francis Galdino, 17th place; Emanuel Galdino, 14th place; Divine Ozomma, 60th place; Royale Jordan, 46th place; Patricia Flores, 29th place; Garry Polk, 34th place; Mitchell Harper, 32nd place; Liam Amling, 22nd place; Devon Beckles, 20th place; and Jona Morford, 36th place. The athletes are now gearing up for the 2016 Cross Country Olympics in Birmingham, Ala.
