For the fourth year, Betty and Reagan Sirmons joined four other couples at a private home, Casa Turquesa, in the Pedregal section of Cabo San Lucas. A personal chef prepared every meal according to their requests, so no one ever left the stunning 15,000-square-foot home that perches on a cliff overlooking the Sea of Cortez. Fortunately the view was captivating enough, since Betty slipped and injured her foot one day. She spent four days by the infinity pool with her foot elevated with ice packs. Since her husband and son  (Reagan Jr. who was also on this trip) had left their phones charging in the bedroom while they were upstairs she had no one to call to tell about her injury until they came looking for her. She found out it was actually broken six days later but used the wheelchairs at the airports anyway. She has bounced back happily.
