More than 350 bayou lovers wore blue and swayed to rhythm and blues music at the Bayou Preservation Association’s 50th Anniversary bash held at the stunning Buffalo Bayou frontage home of Colleen Holthouse and co-chaired by Lindley Arnoldy and Brittany Cassin. Twinkle lights glowed as projected designs flashed among the trees. Servers dressed as the Blues Brothers passed a Memphis-mule signature cocktail while guests enjoyed buffet stations featuring Gulf Coast, Memphis and Cajun cuisine. Scotty Arnoldy and hostess Colleen thanked event goers and gave them a brief history on the bayou-side estate. The event raised more than $175K.
