Gabby, age 7

Hi there! I’m Gabby Gail, but my friends call me Gabby. I’m a 7-year-old Basset sweetheart who lives on Annapolis Street. Now, I know I might not be a puppy, but I play like one. I love to play tug of war with an old towel, or just attack my toy basket. I also love to get my belly rubbed; if you come over to pet me, I’ll probably just roll over. My owners say I would be a great guard dog since I have a big, booming bark. The only problem is if an intruder actually made it into the house, I would probably just roll over or try to lick them to death! I am afraid of some stuff though – cats and little children absolutely freak me out. Come over and see me sometime; I’ll probably be sitting at the back gate waiting for you.
