Cancer survivors, families and friends of The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center gathered in the Texas Medical Center to celebrate MD Anderson’s 75th anniversary. The event raised nearly $15 million to support MD Anderson’s mission to end cancer. Some 2,000 guests, along with dignitaries from around the world, including Vice President Joe Biden and former President George H. W. Bush, attended the gala.
