Gala kick-off
Robert Caplan, Lorraine Horwitz, Judy Yambra and Gary Swartz
Seven Acres Jewish Senior Care Services, a non-profit care center on North Braeswood Boulevard for seniors, kicked off its upcoming Jan. 21 gala, Heart and Soul, with a cocktail party. The event was a meet-and-greet to introduce 2017 Spirit of Life Award recipients Gary Swartz, Lorraine Horwitz and Robert Caplan and encourage members of Seven Acres Board of Trustees to get involved in fundraising efforts for the gala. The three honorees are all past presidents of the board and will be honored at the winter gala. Pictured (from left) are Caplan, Horwitz, board president Judy Yambra and Swartz.
