Little Shop at Lamar

Lamar High School presented Little Shop of Horrors as this year’s all-school musical. The sci-fi horror musical with 1960s pop/rock music has music by Alan Menken, and the book and lyrics are by Howard Ashman. For the first time ever at Lamar, the fine arts department had two full casts of performers. In the pictured scene, “Dentist,” Orin Scrivello, D.D.S. (played by senior Matthew Malone) is educating the occupants of Skid Row.
