The Society for the Performing Arts announced its 50th Anniversary Celebration Gala, themed Bringing the Greatest Shows on Earth. Ringleaders and co-chairs Stephany Olsen LeGrand and Curt Karges, and Janet and Bill Swanstrom, along with honorary chairs Katherine and Paul Murphy and Linda and Willie Chiang, held a kickoff party at the home of Steve and Leticia Trauber. Over 65 guests dined on light bites from Jackson and Company. Brenda and Marc Watt were honored for their dedication to SPA. Margaret Williams, June Christensen, Harriett Gertner, Jeff Smith, Gigi Huang, Gloria Ryan, Rebekah Johnson, Milton Townsend and Kristina Somerville were part of the scene. The exciting big-top SPA Gala is slated for April 1 at the Wortham Theater, which will be transformed into an exotic circus setting.
