Girl Scouts of San Jacinto Council (GSSJC) will honor Dr. Ronnie and Dr. Helene Sheena and their daughters Michelle, Brittney and Erin at its first panel discussion highlighting women in medicine during its annual Success to Significance luncheon. The event, which will take place April 27 at the Hyatt Regency, is GSSJC’s signature fundraiser. Dr. Helene Sheena grew up in Girl Scouting and earned its highest honor, now known as the Gold Award. Michelle and Brittney, both graduates of Lamar High School, are Gold Award recipients as well, and Erin, a senior at Lamar High School, is in the beginning stages of working on her Gold Award. Pictured (from left) are Brittney, Erin, Dr. Helene, Dr. Ronnie and Michelle Sheena. Success to Significance panelists include Dr. Karen E. Johnson, Dr. Karen H. Lu and Dr. Dianna M. Milewicz.
