A group of moms from Beth Yeshurun Day School enjoyed a four-course meal at a private cooking event with chef Ricardo Arredondo. Alyson Blotcky, Sari Kronzer and Lindsay Tavor coordinated and hosted the event for the 2017 BYDS Night in White Gala auction. The event was at the home of Kronzer. Chef Arredondo demonstrated cooking and offered an overview of the menu, explaining his technique for each course. The hosts served up their guests as if they were dining in a 5-star restaurant.
