Horn Elementary will hold its annual carnival on Nov. 4. This year, Horn has teamed up with Kolter Elementary on the circus carnival to raise money for students, families and staff from both schools. Kolter families have been invited to attend the event at 4530 Holly St., with all of the proceeds from event bands purchased by Kolter families going back to their school.
