Helen Perry’s UnBirthday Party started with one date and wound up being cancelled like so many events in Houston, due to Hurricane Harvey. By the time the party was rescheduled, it really became her un-birthday but still a reason to party. It was hosted by Crystle and Max Sebrechts and Sandi Denenburg at MISS Academy, where several well behaved children, including six of her own “grandangels,” walked the runway to hip music in their own style. Having taught etiquette for 25 years, “Miss Perrywinkle” had plenty of children there giving toasts. Well-behaved adults included Mary Maxey, Debby Leighton with husband Bill, Kathryn Lee, Lucy Lewis, Pam Sengelmann, Cindy Garbs and Roseann Rogers.
