Over 200 guests, including (pictured, from left) Michele Sabino and Sue White, filed into the River Oaks Country Club to support the Houston Hospice Program at the 19th Annual Laura Lee Blanton Community Spirit Award Dinner. Chair Lance Boudreaux was pleased that the evening raised over $260,000. Board chair Michele Sabino praised the staff and caregivers who are with families at the most difficult time in life. The evening’s recipients of the Laura Lee Blanton Community Spirit Award, Sally and Bob Thomas, were introduced by close friend Harriet Foster.
