Pilot, age 5

Howdy! I go by Pilot, but officially my name is Indie’s Pilot Up The Miles. I was a show dog until I was 3 years old. My breeder and owner saw potential in me. After all, my father had been a Grand Champion – wouldn’t I be just like my Pa? But life has a way of sending you curve balls. I had the face and the lines to make it big, but I never got taller. Anyway, my heart was never in it. I had my own path to follow. That path lead me to my now-forever family here in Memorial. My show ring now consists of me strutting down Frostwood Drive. I love playing with children, meeting new dogs, fetching the ball, getting treats, and getting more treats! My new owners tease me and say I have no loyalty whatsoever. What can I say? Being a pet dog is the best.
