It is Rosemary Beach that calls out to Ken and Carol Simon and daughters Lauren and Stephanie. It’s their “go to” happy family beach in Florida. The 107-acre Gulf beachfront development in Florida between Panama City and Destin was developed in 1995. They’ve been lucky to rent the same house every year to enjoy the powder-white sand that beckons to their senses, as well as 30A Blonde Beer, yoga, bike rides, long walks and hammocks. Fave places to return to each year include Cowgirl Kitchen for lunch and Wild Olives for dinner. It’s a year-round season there.
