The Piney Point Manor gathering this year was held at Kristin and Jay Waring’s home. The group of 40 neighbors who attended welcomed two new neighbors as they noshed on the variety of appetizers everyone brought. Kudos to Roz Cooley for coordinating the event. New neighbors Pauline and Bob Mertensotto have two children,  Kyle and Parker, and Trent and Andrea Tellepsen have three children: Andrew, Talan and Hudsen.
