Headed to sectionals
The Bellaire Little League (BLL) 10U tournament team (pictured) won the 10U Texas East District 16 championship. After a solid 11-5 victory over Post Oak Little League, BLL claimed the first-place title after a nearly two-week Little League International tournament. BLL hosted this year’s tournament, which made the championship title even more exciting. Liam Miller was on the mound for most of the final game and threw 68 pitches, including 52 strikes. Nathan Kalmin led the team in hits, with 5 RBIs.
