Pramit De, a sophomore at Bellaire High School and a member of Troop 125, earned his Eagle Scout rank by running a school-supply drive for Avondale House. Pramit collected hundreds of items by distributing fliers and collection bags around his neighborhood and utilizing the Nextdoor app to reach neighbors. He approached grocery stores for donations and used his personal savings as well. Avondale House is a nonprofit that provides individuals with autism with resources, education and training.
