Our Thanksgiving tradition always kicks off with a big, fat, juicy . . . argument. My philosophy is the more, the merrier. Michael, on the other hand, prefers more intimate gatherings. Every year, I promise him I’ll keep it small and simple, but every year, I don’t. While I love big, messy celebrations, cooking is another matter. Also in this issue, meet the impressive women behind the classic Houston Junior League Cookbook, which turns 50 this year, as well as the Peace Meals cookbook, which turns 10. Happy holidays to all of you, no matter how you slice your turkey. email@example.com
