The Evelyn Rubenstein JCC of Houston will host the 29th Annual Children’s Scholarship Ball benefiting the Irvin Kaplan Children’s Scholarship Fund on March 2 at the Royal Sonesta Hotel. The 2019 honorees, Marci Rosenberg and Ben Samuels, were selected for their service to the Jewish and secular communities and their efforts to improve the quality of life for children. Erica and Benjy Levit and Marcy and Jason Laviage will serve as this year’s honorary chairs. The evening will include dinner, dancing and an extensive silent auction.
