Frostwood Elementary student Rebecca Lawrence (pictured) has perfect balance on stage. She recently participated in her first solo competition at the Masquerade Dance Competition at the Stafford Centre. Rebecca danced to Red by Carrie Manolakos and received a platinum award, as well as first place, overall, in the junior division. She has seven years of dance training and takes classes at Memorial Dance Center. Rebecca loves to learn new techniques and hopes to perform at the collegiate level. After that, she dreams of opening her own dance studio.
