There have been Hair Balls and Fire Balls, but this year the Glow Ball for Fresh Arts, chaired by Kristen and John Berger, Lisa and Josh Oren, and Karen and Todd Blue, outshined them all with 700 partiers at the Silver Street Studios. FA founder Marita Fairbanks, a neon butterfly, costume creator Kasi Kubiak, a jellyfish, and director Marci Dallas in DIY glow added to the bright scene. Wearing a fabulous headpiece was Rosangela Capobianco, with David. Wearing LED capes or suspenders, or original glow-stick attire and spinning disco balls atop a sombrero and a tiara, were Tim Kirwin and Amy Vlachakis, George and Catherine Masterson, Brady and Alexandra Knight, Jan Larsen, Paul Grossbard, Randy and Marcia Davidoff, and Cecile and Stephen Swan. Honorees Catherine D. Anspon, Ahshia Berry and Sarah-Jayne Smith, John Guess Jr., Emily Sloan and DJ Sun were beaming all night.
