Kittsie Klaes, a graduate of Episcopal High School pursuing a master’s degree at USC, spent three weeks of her summer learning to make pastries in Paris. The native Houstonian has always had a passion for baking and has considered opening her own bakery one day. At Le Cordon Bleu, Kittsie learned to make cakes, financiers, a raspberry chocolate mousse, a strawberry tart, croissants and more. She looks forward to treating friends and family.
