West U Elementary School's campus grounds and a block of University Boulevard will be transformed into a spooktacular festival on Oct. 12, 10 a.m.-2 p.m., with games and inflatables, prizes, food, arts and crafts, a sweet shop and a bazaar featuring local vendors. Wristbands give kids access to the carnival fun. You can pre-purchase wristbands, meal tickets and drinks, as well as buy confetti eggs, or buy at the door the day of the event.
