Circles of hope
More than 350 mental health advocates attended re:MIND’s eighth annual Circles of Hope Luncheon. Formerly known as the Help.Hope.Healing Luncheon, the event raised more than $364,000 in support of re:MIND’s mission to provide free and confidential mental health support groups for individuals living with, and family and friends affected by, depression and bipolar disorders. This year, re:MIND honored Franna and Ted Litton with the Gary Levering Mental Health Impact Award. The luncheon featured guest speaker and former Major League Baseball star Darryl Strawberry, who shared his story of triumph over addiction and mental illness.
