Forty years later

Members of the Bellaire High School Class of 1979 gathered to celebrate their 40th reunion. Approximately 140 BHS alumni reconnected over the weekend. Friday-night festivities took place at Kirby Ice House, and there was a dinner on Saturday night at Tony Mandola’s Gulf Coast Kitchen. Event organizers were Brenda Bartley, Marcie Zlotnik, Rolland Pate, David Eby and Russell Weil. Class members who reunited included Julie Lewis, Stuart Gaylor, Mike Segal, Lynn Schulse, Brenda Bartley, Debra Orkin, Byron Jones, Cindy Orlin, Allan Ofield, Bobby Marshall, Russell Robinson, Buddy White, Carol Watson, David Winters, Kenda Moritz, Joe Dannenbaum, Marcie Zlotnik, Roland Pate, Will Jaco, Robby Howland, Brad Guggenheim, Chuck Campbell, Colleen McCampbell, Kathy Lopez, Cheryl Carlisle, David Goldman, Carolyn Von Tersch, Andy Black, Steve Gilbert, Linda Hobar, Kathy Kowalski, Karen Listi, Bryan Fazio, Larry Jowell, Ann Young, Eileen Kelley, Janet Kelley, Linda Lang, Paul Morris and Cindy Morris.
