Hello, everyone. My name is Jake. My real name is Jacob, like the fearless warrior, but my family calls me Jake for short. I’m a fearless puppy who loves people and dogs. I’ve been trained to sit and stay and am pretty obedient when there are treats involved. Otherwise, I can get distracted by squirrels and birds. I have great ball skills, big paws and speed, but I’m not planning on entering the MLB or NFL draft right away. I started out life pretty rough – my brothers and sisters and I were dropped off on someone’s property. Luckily, K-9 Angels Rescue came to our rescue, and I now live with a nice couple who are first-time dog owners. It’s tough teaching them the ropes, but they seem to be getting the hang of it. Thanks to Rover Oaks training, I became a certified canine good citizen at just 9 months old. What’s next? Rookie of the year.
