Alan and Chloe Urbach, with chihuahuas Spike and Sammy, kept their same zip code but moved from a townhouse into a Museum District home. Their new home has a yard for the dogs and is only 1.1 miles from Alan’s office. Their townhouse had been featured in the HGTV House Hunters “Two Brothers Leave the Nest” when they bought it. Now Alan and his brother, Greg, have both flown that coop with wives. Greg and wife Tabeen have a toddler, Miles, who turns 1 this month. And, brother, the life cycle goes on.
