Helen Frierson, the daughter of Theresa and Ray Frierson, and Kirby Taylor, the son of Gina and Keith Taylor, married Nov. 9 at St. Anne’s Catholic Church. A reception followed at the Houston Country Club, with dancing to music by Hot Sauce ATX. The night before, the groom's parents hosted a dinner at Brennan's. Helen, a CPA and graduate of the UT McCombs School of Business, is a tax manager at Deloitte Tax LLP. Kirby, a graduate of Rice University, is an associate for TD Securities. The couple met during seventh grade at Lanier Middle School before going to separate high schools, Lamar and Bellaire. They reconnected in 2015. They live in West University with their puppy, Tuvé.
