Moustapha and Rebekah El-Hakam recently celebrated the first birthday of their youngest son, Jimmie El-Hakam. Neighbors and friends gathered for a “social distancing” parade down the street and ended with a festive birthday song in the driveway. Jimmie was all smiles as he enjoyed cake for the first time at his baseball-themed first birthday party.
