Lucy Keeper celebrated her 75th birthday in style. She had a parking-lot, drive-by party in the Skeeter’s parking lot in West U, complete with decorations and live music by the Dynamic Duo. Neighbors enjoyed listening to rock classics as they sipped on Skeeter’s margaritas. Lucy (pictured, with neighbors) danced and blew kisses to friends as they drove by to share their birthday wishes.
