When the coronavirus hit Houston, Bellaire resident Jeff Weinstock started working with local nonprofit Thrive Pro Bono to collect donations for food orders from local restaurants and deliver meals to hospitals, fire stations and police stations. Jeff and business partner Max Torres, who together own wholesale bakery and butcher shop Cake and Bacon, hope to help local restaurants while helping those on the frontlines of the pandemic.
